School Uniform Order Form

Most of our items are preloved but great condition. We may not have everything you ask for but we use thiis as a guide to help us pack the best order possible. You will see prices below each item this is a suggestion to help us with our funding. At the bottom of this form there is an option to make a donation, use Micah Pay - don't worry about the prices (we couldn't hide them on the form)

We ask for a small donation for those that are able. This helps us pay overheads like staff, rent and bills however we realise that this may not be the time for you fo do that and therefore we have Pay it forward / Micah Pay - you will see an option to add a pay it forward box for those that find themselves in the position to do so. If however you would benefit from using this service please tick the Micah Pay box below and we will use the donations to cover your order.
